6000 copies of the Coffee News are distributed in 135 coffee shops and restaurants every Wednesday in Sudbury and area. An ad can be taken for the duration of 1 to 52 weeks. No matter how long the contract, you have the option to call Coffee News and request changes to your ad for free at any time. You also have the option of choosing your border style. The following prices apply to the standard ad size of 3"w X 2"h. A double (3"w X 4"h) ad is twice the weekly rate minus 10%. The ads are rotated every week as to not make the paper look the same all the time.

When an ad is placed for more than 2 months, payment can be made by giving us postdated cheques for the first of every month for the entire contract.

Ad rates are as follows:
1 week $45.00
12 weeks $42.00 / per week
26 weeks $40.00 / per week
40 weeks $37.00 / per week
1 year $35.00 / per week ( exclusivity )

The deadline for submitting ads is Wednesdays 9:00pm for it to appear in the next Wednesday’s issue.

All annual ads get exclusivity rights for their type of business.
Example of optional payment schedule:
Annual: cheques for ( $35.00 X amount of Wednesdays in Month ) for the 1st
of every month.
